Refund policy

7-day refund window

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your Growth Tracker purchase. Submit your request through our Contact page.

After 7 days

Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund, except where required by applicable law.

After a refund

If a refund is issued, it is returned through Stripe to the original payment method. Growth Tracker access associated with that purchase may be removed.

A refund does not automatically delete your See You Taller account, profiles, or measurement history. Account and data deletion is a separate action described in the Privacy Policy.

Processing

After See You Taller issues a refund, the time it takes to appear depends on Stripe, the original payment method, and your payment provider.

Duplicate or unauthorized charges

Contact us promptly through the Contact page if you believe you were charged more than once or a charge was unauthorized. Include enough transaction information for us to identify the purchase, but do not send payment-card numbers.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
