Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to hold a See You Taller account. A parent or guardian may use their own account to manage a Growth Tracker profile for a younger child.

Google Sign-In is used to authenticate accounts. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Google account and for the information entered under your See You Taller account.

What the service provides

Height Outlook and Growth Tracker are educational and informational tools. Their calculations use deterministic methods based on published growth-reference data, not AI.

Height estimates, percentiles, family targets, and adult-height projections are estimates rather than guarantees. Results may change as information or measurements are added or corrected.

No medical advice

See You Taller does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and is not a substitute for a qualified healthcare professional.

User information

Results depend on information you enter, including age or birth details, measurement dates, heights, growth-reference sex, and optional parent heights. You are responsible for reviewing that information for accuracy.

Growth Tracker purchase

Growth Tracker costs $7.99 USD as a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription.

The purchase grants Growth Tracker access to the authenticated Google account used for the transaction. Under the current service, that account may maintain up to five saved profiles. The entitlement is associated with the purchasing account and cannot be transferred through the product.

Refunds

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your Growth Tracker purchase. Requests submitted more than 7 days after purchase are generally not eligible for a voluntary refund, except where required by applicable law. See the Refund policy for details.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with or abuse the service, use it fraudulently, use it to falsely represent medical diagnoses or guaranteed growth claims, or use it in violation of applicable law.

Intellectual property

The See You Taller product, interface, branding, software, and site content are owned by or licensed to See You Taller or Bit Crossing, as applicable. You retain your rights in information you enter into the service.

Service changes and availability

Features may change or become unavailable. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal obligations, maintenance, or operation of the service.

Account deletion and termination

You may delete your account using the account-deletion flow described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion consequences, including information that third-party providers may retain independently, are also explained there.

A refunded or reversed Growth Tracker purchase may result in removal of the entitlement associated with that purchase.

Disclaimers

See You Taller is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an estimate will match a person's eventual adult height.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, See You Taller and Bit Crossing are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to your use of the service.
